Customers/Suppliers/Candidates looking for a job must read this policy before submitting personal data. Personal data corresponds to all information collected and recorded that identifies a particular person (eg name, address, contacts, etc.).

4. Sending newsletters, promotions and advertising materials. Customers can cancel their subscription to the newsletter service by email by clicking on the newsletter link that we send by email;
5. Hiring employees for the Hotel.

4. Sharing of Personal Data

Hotel Cinquentenário may share the personal data of customers/candidates with:

1. The employees of the Hotel Cinquentenário, namely to provide the requested services and/or to manage the client/candidate databases (officially authorized by the Data Protection Officer).
2. The authorities – if required by local legislation or within the scope of internal inspections of the Hotel Cinquentenário, in accordance with legal requirements (Sending data to SEF).
